In 2003, Setessa was officially nominated AON’s correspondent in El Salvador.  This alliance with a world leader company in the insurance brokerage allows us to align our efforts in order to offer better services to our clients, since we can provide multiple resources of such prestigious company.

Our clients can get an assett valuation that helps determine the right insurance in relation to its value, and also  the financial affordability of our client.

Through  AON’s regional network and its vast resources throughout the World, Setessa can get insurance programs referrals by type of business or industry that have been established with sucess in other countries and can use them as a guide at the time to implement local insurance programs.

6. Medical counseling services.
In the insurance business, the medical-hospital area particularly, there is a variety of situations and conditions that deserve and justify the intervention of professionals that besides understanding their area, in this case the medical one, they know and understand about insurance policies (particulars, characteristics and its own language).  In order to protect Setessa’s client’s interests we have medical counselors that guaranteed a better service and economic compensation on our client’s claims.
 
7. Legal counseling services.
Just as with medical counseling, Setessa has legal counselors with experience and knowledge of Legal principles of insurances, forms and contractual content of insurance policies, the way they operate and how they are provided in their field. In this way our clients’ interests are protected offering them a better service and economic compensation on their claims.

8. “Secure Line” program.
This innovative service allows employees of those companies that are Setessa’s clients, to report any activity that happens at their work place with the objective  of monitoring any threat that can cause economic harm to our clients.

9. Ongoing training, Insurance training and elaboration of user’s guide to file a claim.
Setessa carries out surveys and monitors its services  in order to know its clients suggestions so it can always  improve.   All of this is with the solely objective to provide a more complete service.  Just as Setessa provides training to its clients, it is through this instrument that our coverage, procedures, deductibles, uses, etc., of the insurance policy are better explained.  Finally, Setessa creates user’s guides in order to show how to file a claim, in which we provide our clients with orientation on how to make a better use of the policy in case of sinisters.

10. Continuous follow up and  monitoring of Sinisters.
Setessa offers a follow up and monitoring of sinisters from each policy of the insurance program.  This is done with the objective of getting to know how these results can impact the premiums in the future.  Is in this way that we propose measures of control, safety, environment and health that contribute in the impact of claims.  Setessa carries on a control of the claims process in which provides its clients periodical reports of the events on their claim.
